Lifetime Aftercare

When you purchase hearing aids from Hearing is Believing, not only will you be supplied with a system produced by a major well known manufacturer, but you will also obtain the benefits of our free lifetime aftercare service.

The hearing test consultation, fitting session and all subsequent aftercare visits are always performed by Registered Hearing Aid Dispensers. These professionals truly have your best interests at heart and will strive to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit possible from your device(s). It is for this reason that we offer a further consultation within four weeks of the hearing aid fitting to ensure that the system has met all your requirements.

When you have received all necessary instructions for the use of your new hearing aids and you have become acclimatised to amplification you will be registered on our aftercare service system, this includes:

• Free hearing tests, and, if your hearing loss changes all necessary reprogramming of your hearing aids as appropriate.
• Software upgrades as required and advice on the benefits of new technology available.
• Adjustments to your aids as you gain experience as a hearing aid user or encounter new listening situations.

Remember you cannot put a price on quality service efficiently delivered.

Choice of suppliers

Hearing is Believing does not have preferred suppliers and volume purchase agreements. Our Hearing Aid Dispensers can select products and technology from any of the following eight major manufacturers. The result is that our recommendations are based exclusively on your personal needs and circumstances. So let us prescribe the appropriate technology for you, you won’t be disappointed.

Free Batteries

A supply of batteries sufficient to last twelve months* is included with every hearing aid purchased.

That’s right, no catch, no unnecessary contact required, no form filling, simply, enough batteries for one years use supplied with each hearing aid purchased.

NB, some hearing systems consume more power than others. If you have received a greater or lesser quantity of batteries than one of your acquaintances who has also purchased a system from Hearing is Believing this would account for the difference. Please consult your hearing aid dispenser for any further explanation if required.

*Quantity based on 14 hours use of each hearing aid per day, seven days per week.

Price Matching

When asked during a consultation a number of the major multiple high street chains will match our prices, sometimes offering a price reduction of more than £1,500 to compete against us.
They operate like this in order to extract maximum revenue from people who are less knowledgeable about the marketplace for hearing aids, whilst seeking to maximise turnover with potential clients who have diligently researched the options available.

So before you make a commitment to purchase, remember our transparent pricing policy, it is indicative of the openness and honesty that underpins our business.

Our philosophy is simple; to offer quality products, advanced digital technology and an industry leading aftercare service at an affordable price.

We regularly monitor our competition to ensure that our solutions offer market leading value; however, should you discover the same hearing instrument, warranty period and aftercare package from a competitor operating in your locality we will happily match their price.
